Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We currently ship within the U.S., to all 50 states and offer international shipping.
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please use your packing slip to notate the reason for your return. Please contact us and request for a return authorization number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend using a carrier that utilizes tracking numbers as Vive Maison is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will then process your return for the total amount of the merchandise. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and credit to appear on your original form of payment if applicable. Vive Maison will not accept returns that have been altered, mistreated, or mishandled. Items returned in an unacceptable condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Vive Maison will confirm this transaction through email by sending you a copy of your credited receipt, unless another format is requested. Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item has arrived damaged or is defective, please contact info@vivemaison.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Can I exchange my order?
If you receive an item that's defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'd be happy to send you a replacement—but we're otherwise unable to offer an exchange. Instead, we'd be happy to process a return for you. You'll then be able to place a new order for the product you'd prefer. Can I request a refund?
Sure, you will be welcome to request your refund within 14 days of subscribing to any paid plan.
What if I've received the wrong product?
Just click here to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to replace or refund you for the item.
